An evening flight leaves a whole day between the usual check-out hour and the gate. Many hotels near the terminal will sell or grant a late check-out, keeping the room yours until the middle of the afternoon or later. Those few borrowed hours are a natural home for a session, as long as the end of them is respected.
Arrange it the evening before
Late check-out depends on how full the hotel is the following night, so the desk can confirm it only once it knows. Ask the evening before, or first thing in the morning, and get the new time written on your folio or in the hotel's app. Without that, you may find the key card stops working at the ordinary hour, which is not a moment anyone wants to discover mid-session.
Work backwards from the hour you must leave
Take the time the room has to be empty and subtract three things: the walk or shuttle to departures, the shower and dressing afterwards, and the packing you have not yet done. Pack before she arrives
